Wheels n’ Reels Submissions Open!
We’re stoked to announce the first annual Wheels n’ Reels MTB Film Showcase brought to you by Dialed In Cycling in support of the Menmen tl’a Sk̲ wx̲ wú7mesh (Squamish Nation Youth) Mountain Bike Team! We want to bring the community out of the February darkness and celebrate mountain biking in the best place on earth! We know you’re sitting on tonnes of content, put it together and show your friends! And hey – you might even walk away with a prize.
What’s the Deal? Wheels n’ Reels is about celebrating mountain biking culture and the community. Showcase your adventures, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and enjoy a night at the Brackendale Art Gallery.
Prizes Up for Grabs:
- Top Prize: $200 Dialed In Cycling gift card.
- Other Prizes: Runner-ups could score a $50 gift card and prizes from Dialed In, Kona and Marin

- Submissions Open: December 28
- Tickets On Sale: January 15, 2025

Submission Specs:
- Who Can Enter: Open to everyone—amateurs, pros, young guns, and old hands.
- Film Length: Keep it tight—2-5 minutes.
- Quality: Shoot in Full HD (1920×1080), format in MP4 or .mov.
- How to Submit: Drop your film via our Google Form. Ensure you have all necessary rights cleared.
Judging Panel: Our select group of MTB enthusiasts and film experts will choose the top 10 films to showcase. We’re looking for originality, technique, and storytelling that captures the essence of mountain biking.
Why Come Through: Chill with the community, see some cool films, and maybe win some prizes. It’s a laid-back evening where you can appreciate the creativity and thrill of mountain biking. Plus, supporting the Menmen tl’a Sk̲ wx̲ wú7mesh Mountain Bike Team with every ticket sold feels pretty good too. Tickets on sale soon!
