Important Notice
This policy applies exclusively to physical products purchased through our retail shop. It does not apply to programs, coaching, guiding, group bookings, rentals, or any other services offered by Dialed In Cycling. Please contact us directly regarding those bookings.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Bikes have a 7-day return window from the date of purchase.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags intact, and in resalable condition. Items that have been used will not be accepted. All returned items are subject to inspection.
How to Return
All returns must be made in person at our shop at 1796 Depot Road, Squamish, BC. We do not accept returns by mail or courier. Please do not ship items to this address — we cannot receive packages or letter mail.
Please bring your original receipt or have your order accessible in your store account. Without proof of purchase, we can only offer store credit or an exchange.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and processed within 7 business days of the return being received and inspected.
What Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
– Special order items
– Items discounted 30% or more
– Food and nutrition products
– Personal care items
– Gift cards
All other sale items discounted less than 30% are eligible for return under the standard conditions above.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect or damaged, contact us right away and we’ll sort it out.
