We want your experience with Dialed In to be smooth from booking to ride day.
Please review the policies below based on your booking type.

Before Your Ride

Payment & Identification

• All rentals must be paid by credit card
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required (ID number will be recorded)

Waiver

• All riders must complete a liability waiver
• Riders under 19 require a parent or legal guardian to sign

During Your Rental

Where You Can Ride

• Bikes are not permitted in the bike park

Damage & Responsibility

• You are responsible for returning all equipment in working condition
• Repairs are billed at $90/hour (1-hour minimum) plus parts
• Lost, stolen, or destroyed equipment will be charged at full retail value

Optional Damage Coverage

• $20 per bike / day
• Covers up to $200 in damage

Exclusions
Damage coverage does not apply to:

• Lost or stolen equipment
• Damage outside of riding use (e.g. transport)

After Your Ride

Return Time

• Bikes must be returned by 4:00 PM

Late Fees

• $50 per bike (0–30 minutes late)
• Additional $50 per bike for each additional 30 minutes

Return Process

• Please rinse bikes if dirty (wash station available)
• A staff member must inspect all returns before you leave

Cancellations

• 48+ hours before booking → refund minus $35 admin fee
• Less than 48 hours → no refund, 100% credit (valid within same calendar year)

Required Before Your Session

Waivers & Forms

• All participants must complete:
  • Liability waiver
  • Medical form
  • Participant form
• Riders under 19 require a parent or legal guardian

Scheduling & Weather

• Sessions run rain or shine
• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel due to:
  • Extreme weather
  • Unforeseen circumstances
  • Insufficient bookings

Cancellations

• 14+ days before start → refund minus $35 admin fee
• 7–14 days before → 50% refund
• Less than 7 days → no refund

Changes to Your Booking

• Changes must be made more than 14 days in advance
• Changes within 14 days are treated as cancellations
• All changes are subject to a $35 admin fee

Fundamental 4-Pack Lessons

• Sessions must be attended in order
• Missed sessions require a paid 1:1 make-up lesson before continuing
• Without a make-up session, we cannot guarantee continuation

Youth Summer Camps

• A free bike inspection is required prior to participation
• Please contact us to arrange this in advance

Drop-Off

• Drop off your bike on your scheduled date or the day before
• Early drop-offs are not permitted due to limited space

Pick-Up

• Please pick up your bike promptly once work is complete
• A 7-day grace period is provided
• After that, a $15/day storage fee applies

Work Completion

• Service appointments do not guarantee same-day completion
