The Tune-Up
- We clean your bike’s frame, fork, and wheels, ensuring optimal functioning.
- Our experts conduct a thorough examination for any signs of damage, wear, or functional loss, ensuring your safety and bike’s longevity.
- We meticulously check all nuts and bolts, including hub locknuts*, for secure fitting, guaranteeing a safe and smooth ride (*ask for our complete checklist).
- Chain lubrication to minimize friction and protect against wear.
- We fine-tune your gears, including hanger alignment, for seamless shifting.
- Comprehensive brake tuning, including rotor truing*, for reliable stopping power (*as needed).
- Minor adjustments to your wheels to ensure they are aligned.
- Fine-tune your bike’s headset for a stable and responsive steering experience.
- Tire inflation to the optimal pressure for a smoother, more efficient ride.
- A final test ride by our experts to ensure every adjustment meets our high standards.
- A nominal $5 charge is included for the premium supplies we use, like high-quality rags, grease, Loctite, lubricants, cleaners, etc.
- A $20 cleaning fee applies for bikes requiring extensive cleaning.

*Once your bike is inspected by a mechanic we will be in contact with you to discuss and approve the work. Turnaround time will be based on the scope of work and part availability.
