Thank-you for booking a lesson/camp with Dialed In Cycling, we look forward to seeing you on the trails soon. To ensure a fun and safe session with Dialed In we have some important information for you to look over. Below are policies, guidelines and some safety equipment mandatory/recommended to wear, along with some items we suggest you bring.
WEATHER
Camps will be running rain or shine and we reserve the right to cancel/ change the times due to unforeseen reasons, extreme weather events, and insufficient bookings. Notice will be given as soon as the decision has been made to do so.
CANCELLATIONS
14 days before start date of program- %100
14-7 days before start date of program- %50
7 days before start date of program- no refund
All changes/cancellations are subject to a $35 admin fee.
GUIDELINES
Whatever we pack in we must pack out- no garbage is left behind on the trails
Bike is in good working order- we are not mechanics, please make sure your bike is in tip top shape so you can fully enjoy the coaching we have to offer.
Bring a positive attitude- we strive to provide a fun and productive experience for our riders and this is accomplished through you and only you!
Respect any and all wildlife we come across on the trails- no unnecessary encounters with wildlife will occur.
To always follow the coaches instructions while in all sessions- this is for your safety and the safety of others
Communicate any question or concerns immediately to your coach and to contact Dialed In Cycling BEFORE a session to ask any questions that will help with your experience on the ride.
SAFETY EQUIPMENT
All participants are required to wear a helmet at all times while in a session with Dialed In Cycling. If a helmet cannot be acquired, the participant will not be able to participate. Other personal safety equipment such as, knee pads, elbow pads, gloves, and properly supported footwear are highly recommended.
CHECKLIST OF ITEMS TO BRING
Bike in good working order (16inch and 20inch bikes is best)
Closed toe shoes with good grip on the bottom (flip flops are not acceptable)
Equipment: helmet, pack, water, snacks, etc.
Pack a Lunch that is appropriate for the trail, snacks and more snacks!
Clothing suitable to be outside all day. Layers are recommended. Jacket. Warm clothes
Ready to have fun on two wheels!
