MegaVolt eMTB Festival is Coming to Squamish — and We’re the Official Guiding Partner

The MegaVolt eMTB Festival is coming to Squamish this fall, and it’s happening right in our backyard. Dialed In Cycling is the official guiding partner for the event — three days of eMTB riding, racing, and community based out of MTN Fun Basecamp, with direct access to the Alice Lake and Diamond Head trail networks.

Run by the team behind BC Bike Race, MegaVolt is built around exploration and creating the best possible eMTB experience — not just racing. There are events for every type of rider, from seasoned enduro racers to people who just want to explore Squamish on an eMTB with a guide and good company.

What’s Happening at MegaVolt

⚡ Guided Rides led by Dialed In Cycling
This is us. We’re running guided rides throughout the weekend with separate groups for beginner and intermediate riders — local guides, local knowledge, no race clock, and routes built around exploring Squamish at your own pace. If you want to see the best of what Squamish eMTB riding has to offer without worrying about navigation, this is your ride.

⚡ Trailforks Adventure Challenge
The world’s first eMTB scavenger hunt. Use Trailforks to find checkpoints across the trail network and win prizes. A great option if you want structure without a timed race format.

⚡ eEnduro Race presented by Orbea
A roughly 30km loop with three timed downhill sections and untimed climbs. Classic enduro format — push hard on the descents, recover on the climbs.

⚡ eXC Race presented by Transition
Ride or race a marked course with chip timing, eBike Patrol, and medical teams on course. Competitive but well-supported.

⚡ Hill Climb Challenge presented by OneUp Components
Think heckle rock at Crankworx, but going up. Spectator-friendly and the perfect Friday kickoff. With eMTB, up is the new down.

⚡ Night Ride presented by Outbound Lighting
Demo the latest in riding lights and experience Squamish trails after dark during a guided night ride. If you’ve never ridden at night, this is a great introduction.

The Venue: MTN Fun Basecamp

MegaVolt is based out of MTN Fun Basecamp — right next to Dialed In Cycling, with ride-in/ride-out access to both trail networks. The venue includes:

  • Serviced RV spots, tent sites, and a limited number of cabins
  • Hot showers and clean facilities
  • Creekside sauna
  • eMTB charging stations
  • On-site parking
  • Friday pizza, Saturday lunch, nightly entertainment
  • MegaVolt t-shirt and belt buckle

And on the Dialed In side: rentals, coaching, guiding, and eMTB-specific service and repairs available on-site all weekend.
